Hands on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio. *Management Skills:* Must have Bachelors and/or Masters in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering. 5-8+ years software development experience with Microsoft platform. Familiarity with all phases of the software development life cycle. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment with other developers, QA personnel, and user representatives. Must have excellent oral communication skills to interact with users and other team members.
