Supported pay rate $80-p/h C2C (Will consider higher rate, *BUT* must be a *very strong candidate*) 12 month plus contract *IMPORTANT NOTES:* o Typical "techno-functional” type role. Wants someone from a technical background, but needs to have last several years in functional position in respective modules. o Will be doing a lot of intense configuration work. *Need to know PL/SQL.* o Working with business to figure out needs and then - based on best practices around implementation and configuration - do gap analysis, create build processes for major customizations (that the developers will handle) and complete complex configurations. o Need to have be through at least one full implementation before. Need to have worked on multi-national instance before. *Oracle EBS (SCM and Project Accounting)* *Experience:* - 10+ years relevant Oracle EBS experience - Functional Expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in Project Costing, Project Billing, Inventory, Purchasing, and Payables - Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 +), including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application - Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional spec - Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more *R12 implementations* - Implementation experience around extensions for *Project accounting & SCM modules* - Full lifecycle Implementation experience *Skills* - Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations - Ability to work on all *project phases including fit/gap, configuration, testing, and transition to the business* - Should have basic *PL/SQL , Query writing skills* - Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems - Documentation and Configuration of the Supply chain and Project Accounting modules - Strong knowledge of key application functionality - *Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules* - *Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS customization/extension methodologies* - Solid understanding of integration of all modules - Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written - Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations *REQ 4-----------------------------------------------------------STRONG CONSULTANT INTERVIEW TODAY* *SWIFT Technology Center* *Center St.* *Manassas, VA 20110* *Test Engineer* *Scope of Work: * • Test preparation, execution and reporting. • Participate in requirements/design reviews of new products to analyze requirements, ensure testability, and identify design defects. • Create procedures that will find errors existing in the product and execute test cases/regression tests to ensure deviations between specified and implemented functions are identified. • Investigate and troubleshoot failed tests both from a functional and technical perspective. • Implement test automation where applicable. • Develop test schedules and ensure follow-through so that deadlines for testing completion are met. • Propose and participate in process improvement initiatives. *Additional Information:* Looking for strong "messaging based"* automation skills in XML environment using PERL (mandatory) and Java (desired).* Automation experience for web and/or gui based applications are not typically valid candidates for our core SWIFTNet messaging testing needs.
