Role is going to be an integration project, and this BA will be documenting requirements. Looking for this person to start ASAP. As a member of the CCMU (Corporate CAT Management Unit), the selected individual will work closely with business units, technical and project management teams. The candidate will work to understand, document, and communicate business needs and requirements for the CAT Target Operating Model (TOM) initiative. S/he will be responsible for all documentation including business requirements, test plans, user acceptance testing, and user and training guides as needed. S/he will work with technical and business teams to plan out, schedule and execute projects to the highest level. *Responsibilities include:* • Define, develop and document business requirements for CAT applications. • Engage with business users to define requirements, prototype functionality and clarify needs • Works extensively with GARS IT staff and end users to establish thorough test plans and performs system testing in support of project initiatives. • Hands on approach to problem solving and solution delivery through learning/using the CAT applications. • Responsible for bug tracking and enhancement documentation. Tests enhancements & bug fixes to ensure desired results are met. • Assists with training on new CAT systems enhancements in support of project deliverables • Provides project updates to team leads and maintains project documentation in repositories defined by CCMU. • Perform other ad-hoc duties in the support of project delivery and business benefit *Qualifications:* • Working knowledge of catastrophe modeling vendor applications such as RMS and/or AIR, and experience with Sequel. • Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills • College degree in Business, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years’ experience in a software development environment as a Business Analyst • Excellent ability to create, review, update any documentation with little supervision • Strong math aptitude and familiarity with creating and interpreting complex Excel formulas. • Must be organized, detail oriented and have a strong commitment towards the delivery of business benefits • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills • Excellent technical writing skills • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project Thanks & Regards, Rahul Agarwal Technology Resource Group Inc.
