Knowledge in Storage (Both SAN and NAS). Must have experience Web technologies. Working experience in SAS WAS will be added advantage. Recourse should have expertise in SAS Access to RDBMS (ORACLE) and Bigdata (Greenplum) implementation and resource optimization. UNIX Shell scripting will be added, should have sound knowledge in Linux OS commands. Installation and Maintenance of SAS Applications on Citrix environment. SAS Environmental Support experience, to bring 100 % availability of Environments. SAS Grid/compute environment and SAS Metadata. SAS Web-Tier (Applications only, not JBoss config, etc) but should understand and be able to work with corporate web support team Restart of SAS services as required to manage environment Analyze log files for SAS and web environment to identify problems when they occur Manage Unix permissions on directories and files Monitor storage utilization on mounted volumes Monitor performance of the SAS environment Manage tickets to other GE support teams related to environment issues where applicable Unix scripting limited to support environment ex: cleanup log files, unused work data sets Support and troubleshoot SAS environment related issues for ALL SAS applications. *Below Skills will add value:* Working experience in GE Shared services environment including Process knowledge.
