Capable of understanding new process and system in short period. As a Scrum Master, assist Scrum teams with scheduling and facilitating Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Daily Stand-up meetings *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* - Drive the technical solution delivery for custom-built business applications, acting as the escalation point for risks and issues relating to software development - Mentor and coach team members to drive consistent software development processes and manage business stakeholders’ expectations - Work with business stakeholders and product owners to understand enterprise initiatives, analyze, document, and manage business requirements, and assist with developing storyboards and wireframes - Work closely with technical leads on defining and estimating deliverables to create and maintain detailed timelines that meet project schedules and expectations - Participate in initial project and resource planning for Engineering and QA resources - Track resource allocation and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle - Identify and escalate risks and communicate contingency plans to the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) in a timely manner and assist in resolving issues that affect project scope, schedule, and quality - As Scrum Master, assist Scrum teams with scheduling and facilitating Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Daily Stand-up meetings - Measure and monitor progress to ensure development efforts meet or exceed expectations - Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations and time zones - Participate in Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews - Report to business stakeholders and IT leadership weekly on the status of software development projects - Negotiate, plan, and coordinate release activities with Release Management - Continually work towards making improvements to the software development process by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions - Conduct post-mortems with the team to inspect the development process, document issues, and make changes as necessary *Thanks & Rega**rds* *Sr. Technical Resource Specialist* *214-628-5329\ nik...@vastika.com <nik...@vastika.com>* *1200 W Walnut Hill Ln.
