Please review the requirement and if you find it matching your profile then send me your updated resume ASAP/IMMEDIATE *Title: MS BI Lead Developer* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration: 6 Months * *Job Description:* • 4-8 years of experience, with both hands-on and lead roles in developing data warehousing solutions, dashboards, scorecard and analytics experience. • Microsoft SQL Server experience (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS). • Substantive experience designing dimensional databases (eg. star schemas). • Excellent SQL skills; comfortable using a data access tool such as Toad or SQL Workbench. • Extensive experience within an ELT (or ETL) based data migration paradigm. • Familiarity with dimensional data modeling required. • Proven experience at delivering Business Intelligence solutions using industry standard tools and practices. • At least two years of experience working as a database developer to ensure reporting data sources are optimally tuned for reporting (preferred). • Technically strong in ETL concept, design and development using tools like SSIS or Oracle database utilities. • Tableau experience (preferred). • OLAP experience and BI Publisher reports development experience (preferred). • Customer Service/ Contact Center Operations, Retail, CRM, or B2C e-commerce background a plus. • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or other quantitative field. • Ability to lead a Business Intelligence team to success. • Ability to coordinate and manage technical resources. • Extensive ETL experience with multi-source data in a Customer Support environment. • Ability to manage and work within an Agile environment. • Excellent native SQL skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented and results driven.
