This role is responsible for gathering the business needs and designing, implementing and supporting the CRM application. The successful candidate must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team's success. They will be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, be detail oriented and interested in learning the business. The right candidate for the role will have the following skills: Position Description: • Lead and/or participate in analysis sessions with business stakeholders to determine application requirements. • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. • Document current and to be business processes. • Assist business stakeholders in reengineering business processes. • Perform gap analysis between requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Document system specifications for custom coded CRM add-ons and guide .Net developers and QA analysts through the software development process. • Perform data migration analysis and design activities. • Determine third party applications to enhance and support the CRM system. • Participate in the implementation of third party applications as required. • Design business processes and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications. • Train staff on CRM use • Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical team to test and implement new or modified functionality as needed. • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and data cleanup as necessary.
