Mandatory Technical Skills
Experience in Business Analysis of Business Rules Management / Decision
Management
- Envisioning the overall data flow, rule flow and aligning the functional
rule services
- Clear knowledge of boundaries within which BRM can be leveraged by an
organization.
- Experience on techniques/tools and best practices to be used for rule
extraction/harvesting from existing legacy systems and their
externalization.
- Interpersonal skills – collaboration in multi-vendor community,
facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand business scenario and quickly suggest where BRM can
assist in the overall scenario.
- Experience in working in an SOA based enterprise
Desirable Technical Skills
Analytical problem solver with good communication (oral and written)
Performs with a strong sense of professionalism and tact. Must be able
to communicate effectively to IT and Business
Self-motivated and goal oriented individual. Demonstrated record of
initiative, adaptability and decision making
Must have the ability to work individually and as part of a technical
team
Proven ability to seek out and solve problems; go beyond the obvious to
gain insight into areas which have broader impact on the company's overall
performance
Strong project management skills and solid team-player
Strong understanding of business principles and operational drivers
Strong understanding of web application testing technologies, methods,
and techniques
