JOB TITLE- Oracle PIM Admin Duration:6 months + extension Location: Round Rock, TX Oracle PIM Admin Role description: - Responsible to analyze a broken processes, develop and deploy a resolution - Work with project delivery teams to review code before it is deployed into production for adherence to architectural standards and code defects - Collaborate with other areas of support (infrastructure, source systems, etc.) to resolve high impact events in a timely manner - Provide recommendations on improving the availability of reports and the stability of the production environments - Keep manager informed on important developments and/or potential escalations - Develop knowledge base by creating document from support experience - Manage incident/tasks while communicating with their owners regarding resolution - Must be willing to participate in weekend on-call rotations Role requirements: - Solid knowledge of Business Intelligence terms, concepts and technologies in particular those relating to big date and data warehousing - Experience working in large customer support environments specific to troubleshooting complex production issues with a global team - Experience with Agile/Kanban development processes and technical support activities - Experience in supporting the relevant PIM or related modules (INV/BOM/ PLM/ENG/BOM etc.) - Functional and Technical understanding of Oracle PIM ( minimum features of Release 12.1) - Functional and Technical understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite ( minimum features of Release 12.1) - Some of the following would also be an advantage Latest PIM release 12.2.4 Import Workbench, Rules, publication framework PIM integration to upstream and downstream using Oracle AIA/OSB 11g Informatica Oracle Apps Database Architecture - Experience with Remedy would be an advantage - Must be able to interact/communicate with end users, business and IT managers to resolve time sensitive issues and incidents - Take responsibility for driving issues to completion and obtaining business acceptance sign-off - Maintain all support related documentation and provide management updates as requested.
