Any other CMS will not work as they will be writing AEM specific user stories. *Requirement Definition* - Work with the client Business and creative team to understand the gather requirements. - Define AEM Authoring and Publishing requirements and groom them with technical team. - Participate in desk checks to ensure the components are build as per design - Drive the demos with client business teams for the devloped AEM components - Create AEM authoring guide for developed components/templates *Client Management * - Manages business-level client relationships (expectations, communications, - negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.) at every stage from Planning and - estimation through delivery. - Ensure benefit realization for the client by understanding the client’s business - drivers and ensure that client priorities are addressed - Understand the Clients culture, capabilities, team structure and take - decisions to ensure success for the client - Explains the tradeoffs and impact involved in designing the technical aspects - of the solution to the client and the team. *Team Management* - Resolve issues and dependenciesin the team - Review the key objectives of projects and clarify the linkage of tasks to the - overall objectives - Understand the current client requirement process and adapt to it to define requirements. - Facilitate risk sessions with clients and Sapient team.
