Managing and responding to written correspondence • Ability to clearly analyze and communicate on a daily and weekly basis multiple data points • Communicate on weekly basis the project portfolio status • Project scorecard reporting • Comprehensive reporting, and budget tracking for projects • Scheduling meetings for various reporting activities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Prior work experience running projects • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel • Experience preparing spreadsheets, charts and graphs and creating presentations • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing work demands, plan and organize work to meet scheduled deadlines • Strong customer focus. Approachable and helpful.
