*Position:  Adobe eDocs Developer*

*Location: Burbank, CA*

*Duration: 12 Months*



*Mandatory Skills:*

·         Open Text Enterprise Docs 5.3 and higher

·         SQL Server

·         Strong client communication

·         Strong documentation



*Preferred Skills:*

·         Bridgeway - Law Manager Tool (Existing team will provide the
training to bring the onsite person up to the speed)



*Job Roles/Responsibilities:*

·         First level Point of Contact for Enterprise Docs and Law Manager
application support

·         Fixing the Enterprise Docs and Law Manager incidents reported by
Users

·         Coordinating with App Owner and App Users in understanding the
issues reported

·         Addressing P1/P2 issues as per Client. SLA limits

·         Providing the technical guidance to the Users

·         Preparing and sharing the Status reports with App Owner on weekly
basis

·         Updating the Knowledge Objects on timely basis

·         Analyzing the enhancement requests and providing the estimates

·         Development of approved enhancements

·         Coordinating with other support teams where ever applicable

·         Installing the Enterprise docs and Law Manager applications on
User’s machine by following the instruction available in the Knowledge
documents

·         Analyzing the existing application and suggesting the areas of
improvement with App Owners
