Support application developers in the use of MQ in batch and CICS environments. Support software maintenance, DRIP procedures/tests, problem determination and interface with IBM support. Support in-house developed tools including wrapper for the MQI, enhanced CICS trigger monitor, and channel security exits. Support performance and capacity planning including the development of performance and trending reports.
