We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Role:* *Project Manager-Senior* *Location: St. Louis, MO* *Duration: 12 month+ contract* Responsibilities include: • Responsibility and accountability of the three core PMI project management activities for a project or multiple projects; financial tracking and reporting (capital and expense budgets), resource forecasting and management, and project timeline development and maintenance • Build and maintain consolidated project execution plan, including tasks with dependencies, duration, work effort, dependencies, budget, planning assumptions, and resource allocation • Work with project team to ensure project is delivered on time and on budget • Manage and mitigate project risks that could impact on time and on budget delivery • Manage communications between the project teams • Collaborate with project team to define and leverage project deliverables for strategy & vision. Required skills and experience: • Bachelor’s degree or higher • 10+ years of business experience & 5+ years of proven experience in a Project Manager role • Experience in managing complex and large sized projects across multiple disciplines and/or teams • Effectively lead and influence peers, organization and leaders • Ability to build networks and relationships at all levels of the organization • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, strong critical thinking skills and the ability to be decisive while working cooperatively with others • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills • Results oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize • Ability to creatively solve problems and provide timely recommendations • Experience within PMI methodologies • Experience with project management tools that can be shared with the other Project Managers for continuous improvement efforts Desired Skills: • PMP certification preferred • Knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and methodologies • Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management *Thanks * *Wasim AhmedUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
