There is an urgent requirement of *IBM Case Manager Consultant @ Cary, NC.* If interested then please send your updated resume ASAP. *Position : IBM Case Manager Consultant* *Location: Cary, NC* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description:* · Expertise in Case Management with IBM Case Manager and FileNet P8 platform. · Experience in Case management and Business Process Management solution design and development using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet P8 stack. · Experience with customization of IBM Case Manager Solutions, development of widgets, External Data Services, Case Manager API. · Provide technical leadership to development team. · Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand business needs in the area of case management and provide solutions · Work with business analysts, developers, project managers, and users to capture requirements, provide solution design and govern implementation. · Ability to train and mentor development team. · Good oral and written communication skill. · Should be able to work with offshore based team, liaising between offshore team and client teams. · 7+ years of IT experience · 3+ years of experience with Case Management and Business Process Management · 3+ years of experience with FileNet P8 platform, IBM Case Manager · Experience with the following technologies: o IBM Case Manager 5.1/5.2 o IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager (Desirable) o IBM FileNet P8 Business Process Manager(Desirable) o IBM Forms Integration (Desirable) o JavaScript, DOJO, AJAX, JSON and iWidgets o Java, Java Enterprise · Able to direct the design, development, and test complex business rules managed and executed by rules engine integrating with BPM/SOA platform · Able to communicate effectively with the project team, technology partners and business partners. · Able to comply with development standards and security policies set within the larger development organization. · Exceptional analytical skills focused on problem solving and process improvement in a rapidly changing environment.
