Having experience in RFA and FlexPLM Solution Consultant/Architect, should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Qualifications Basic:* · Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education · At least 6 years of experience with SKILLS SET *Duties:* · This role's primary responsibility will be leading FlexPLM design sessions with business stakeholders in order to deliver an OOTB configured Flex PLM implementation that meets the business’ needs. A deep understanding of RFA business process is required. Consultant should be an expert in Product Development & Material Development practices. This candidate will partner with and lead a team of consultants to ultimately produce a configuration workbook that drives the build, test, deploy pipelines. In addition, this role partners closely with technical architects to ensure a lens on the broader technology landscape is taken into consideration when proposing solution options. · Candidate must be able to easily follow & lead business process conversations and influence/advise appropriately where tradeoffs should be considered between process, data, and technology. · A comprehensive understanding of the PTC Flex configuration process & documentation standards is required.
