Although this piece of work is small, the upgrade would be larger. This person needs to have a very good bedside manner, as many of the users are new to Oracle, and need some hands-on training up front to understand better how to use the tools, and what improvements to ask for. *Project Start Date: Immediate Requirement description:* The Lead Developer responsibilities will include some or all of the following: * Expert level experience developing and implementing Hyperion 11.x Financial Reporting applications * Strong Hyperion Experience required - Hyperion Reporting (Financial Reporting and Smartview) experience. * Work with Finance business partners as needed to fully understand business and systems requirements for the FR solution * Write and review code and processes as needed including dimension / outline building, calculation scripts (business rules), web forms and Excel input templates, Essbase load rules and security / workflow development * Document technical requirements in the formats required * Create user, technical and/or administrator documentation * Expert technical/developer knowledge of Hyperion Essbase * Experience designing Hyperion Essbase calculation scripts * Experience designing Hyperion Essbase Load Rules * Experience delivering functional specifications to other technology teams Candidates should possess a background in financial consolidations and financial reporting,Knowledge of SOX compliance.
