*Job Description :*
- Require 5 to 8 Years of experience in US IT Staffing as a BDM, If
having less exp but have the commitment of a Sr level can also apply.
- Require 4+ years in client relationship and building accounts in
staffing solutions.
- Should be good at client relationship and building accounts in
staffing solutions.
- Primary responsibility will include developing healthy relationship
with existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage all existing and new accounts in designated territory, ensuring
clients’ needs are met, problems are solved and issues are addressed.
- Develop IT business contacts at various companies to satisfy their
need in contract, contract to hire and direct hire job opportunities.
- Should have experience on understanding the requirements from the
client and understand the client pain area.
- Should have experience on US recruitment life cycle
- Should have knowledge in sourcing resumes from job portals like
(Techfetch, Monster)
- Must be comfortable closing complex transactions on a deadline.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
