Duration of the project would be 6 months. *JOB DESCRIPTION:* *PROJECT OVERVIEW *IT compliance and Mergers & Acquisitions Infrastructure Integrations, specific focus on Data Release Governance (DRG). Where DRG objectives are: To eliminate or reduce the potential for data breaches, to minimize the impact to the business, to provide a mechanism for understanding risk. *KEY RESPONSBILTIES * - Hosting status meetings, setting agendas, and providing meeting minutes - Process discovery and documentation - Issue resolution and problem solving - Plan, forecast, allocate resources, and conduct performance measurement and scheduling, while integrating the results into ongoing operations. *What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? * *- MS Project, MS SharePoint, PPM Optics, MS Office Suite. What skills/attributes are a must have? - Highly organized - Willing to learn - Independent/Driven - Excellent communication both verbal and written - Ability to dig into issues without increasing conflict - Outstanding conflict resolution/mitigation * *What skills/attributes are nice to have? - Experience with creating new processes - Ability to work for a manager who travels a significant amount of time* *What are the work hours?* *- M-F, 8-5pm core hours.
