*Job Title - **Data Network Engineers Tier 3* *Location – **Nashville TN * *Duration – **3+ year* Telephonic & Skype Hire. *OPEN Positions: 2* Candidate will focus on the overall end-to-end technical assurance of network design for a client’s internal/external WAN communications requirements in their region. Candidate will provide regional lead engineering and technical support for data MACs/projects, certification of data equipment engineering, capacity and performance management and Tier 3 technical problem resolution. Candidate is responsible for ongoing technical analysis and approval of data MACs and complex projects, to ensure that disaster recovery/contingency requirements are being cared for, security requirements are met, and hardware and network compatibility is attained. Candidate validates, recommends and facilitates technical data solutions to meet customer business needs in their regions. Candidate will work closely with the Chief Architect, Service Delivery/Project Managers and the Global Change Manager to ensure the successful design, development and implementation of activities in the network infrastructure. *Required Skills* · Candidate must have 7-10 years experience in implementation and troubleshooting for a global network. · Candidate must be able to meet tight time lines and expedited customer requests. · Candidate must be available to support client on a 24x 7 basis for Tier 3 support. · Candidate must have strong technical skills, excellent script-writing skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Candidate must have strong customer relationship skills and interpersonal skills in working with cross-functional team members and clients. · ITIL Foundation Certification is desired. Fluent English is required. · Degree and/or certification in Network Engineering desired.
