The ServiceNow Systems * Administrator will: provide analysis of problems while working toward solutions to technical issues; deploy new releases and/ or enhancements; maintain and support the platform’s operational functions; and perform system and integration testing. This person will provide platform configuration and customization assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, custom scripting, and third party software integrations.
