Very strong technically 3. Ability to interface with customers and senior management 4. Strong in BI domain and industry trends 5. Strong in manufacturing domain with a very strong emphasis on supply chain. He should have worked in many BI projects in the context of manufacturing supply chain 6. Strategic thinker. Ability to work with business to understand vision/strategy needs, exposures and draw out a 5 year BI strategic roadmap 7. Should have managed direct reports. There will be around 5 direct reports for this role 8. Financial/budget management 9. Ability to leverage and train a completely inexperienced team of project managers, business and technical analysts 10.
