*JOB DESCRIPTION: *

*10+ years of working experience on the Salesforce Application* Maintenance
and/or  Development.

Must have expertise in SFDC development using Apex classes, Triggers,
Visual Force, Force.com IDE, SOQL, SOSL.

Must possess solid technical skills to perform troubleshooting and root
cause analysis including Debug log analysis, Batch issues, Integration
failures , third party apps integration for high complexity issues and
determine proper solutions.

Good experience with Configuration, Customization, Development and support
experience on Salesforce.com Platform.



Strong knowledge in designing of custom objects, custom fields, picklist,
role-based Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts & Tasks, Validation Rules,
Approval Processes, Custom Tabs, Custom Reports, report folder, report
extractions to various format, design of visual force page, record types,
dashboards, data loader and email  generation according to application
requirements.

Expertise in implementing Security/Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Field
Level Security, Record

Possess knowledge of CRM processes like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
and Customer Support, Business processes and recommended solutions to
improve their processes using Salesforce.com and Experienced in Service
Cloud, Sales cloud for customer portal.

Preferable experience in Salesforce Integration using Web services API like
Rest, Bulk and Soap with third party tools like WebMethods, SAP Adaptors.



Experience in managed objects and Third party cloud tools would be preferred

Experienced in Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JSON, Java Scripts and
Servlets is desirable

ITIL certified resources preferred. Salesforce Developer Certified
resources preferred

Prior Experience at Coke will be preferred.



List the main tasks of the job as it exists today.  These should be the
critical tasks that are directly tied to achievement of the overall purpose
of the job.

Indicate the approximate percentage of time to be focused on each of the
main activities.



20% - Business system design/redesign activities, and identify potential
impacts on the organization.

30% - Service Request Management and minor Enhancement execution

25%  - Assist solution design from functional requirements determination to
design and development to testing and support. Problem Management and Root
cause Analysis.

25%  - Assist in planning, configuration, testing and implementation tasks
as required. Co-ordination Offshore, application support and development
teams



*Knowledge on the SFDC Platform*

Client Management/Coordination skills to work with project teams, support
teams, integration teams and business stakeholders.

Interact with support leads, IT and Business leads, technical
infrastructure and application teams.



*Complexity/Problem Solving*

Strong development, analytical and troubleshooting skills in the SFDC
Applications.

Need to meet obligations in service delivery with respect to all Service
Level Agreements with the client.
