You will be designing the site’s look and feel and how the site behaves to deliver an easy-to-use user experience. The designer should be experienced at creating comprehensive diagrams, revising wireframes, producing information architecture documents, flow and content diagrams, journey maps, static comprehensives and rapid prototyping. Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for the design of feature sets across web, mobile, and desktop UX, balancing simplicity and power across a scalable set of capabilities - Excellent visual designer, interpersonal, analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively using visual designs and prototypes - Fluency in best practices in Interaction design, responsive design, mobile/tablet UI UX, accessibility, 508 Compliance, and WCAG 2.0 - Passionate about understanding (and keeping the team and clients in formed about) current and emerging UX/UI trends. - Understanding of branding and brand integration - Ability to create or gather web assets - Working with internal and client teams to design and build user-friendly forms, applications, interfaces based on functional specifications. - Develop prototypes that succinctly illustrate hierarchy and navigation - Very familiar with HTML, AngularJS, JavaScript, and CSS design - Create and maintain UX guidelines, standards, and development processes for user-centric products (may also be UX Architect) As an ideal candidate, you will have: - End-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) - Hands-on experience with: lab-based user testing, A/B testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, field research, international research, and survey design. - Direct experience with research on a variety of devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) - Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills, e.g., designing, conducting, and analyzing all kinds of user data. - Fluency in best practices for user research. - The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment. - Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule. - Familiarity with internet-development technologies and tools - Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis and statistics Experience - 4 year college degree with an industry degree, 4+ years experience in UX interaction design Tools - Adobe Creative Suite - Prototyping software (Axure, Omnigraffle, Just In Mind, etc…) - Documentation Software Deliverables - Wireframes - Site Map - User Flows - Comprehensives/Mock-ups - Prototypes - Style Guide *Thanks,* *Ruby Kumari* United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
