*12+ months ongoing* *St. Louis, MO* *Prefers GC or Citizen* LOCAL ONLY, F2F required! *Need skills matrix below completed* *Responsibilities include:* · Lead a software groups in the design, development and implementation of complex software programs in accordance with project budgets and release schedules. · Work closely with Product Managers to develop long-range plans and software product specific strategies to reach company and departmental goals. · Facilitate knowledge and experience sharing with the team and other personnel. · Improve processes and procedures, implementing necessary changes, to increase effectiveness. Continually review existing processes and procedures to ensure optimal effectiveness is maintained. · Proactively identify opportunities where Software Development can offer services to solve business problems, obtaining user requirements, and ensuring the project management process is visible to all stakeholders. · Interface with (internal and external) customers to promote company’s software services and gain understanding of their business requirements. · Keep management and other internal IT clients informed of project schedules, issues, and objectives in a timely manner. · Set and enforce IT operating procedures and guidelines, governance of IT processes. · Investigate and keep abreast of technology trends that might provide benefit to our users or increase the efficiency of existing systems. *Requirements:* · 5-7 years of experience developing and consuming RESTful webservices in a Spring MVC environment · 5-7 years of experience planning, designing, developing and delivering software · Experience in implementing SOA best practices · Experience in SOA testing tools · Strong Object Oriented Programming skills. · Experience working on an *Agile team* environment required · 5-7 years’ experience managing a complex online technical environment · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Ability to develop technical sound designs and specifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Skill Set / Technology Required / Nice to Have Experience Level (Junior/Mid/Senior) Angular JS Nice to Have 5+ (Senior) Restful webservices on Spring MVC Required 5+ (Senior) Java, Java Script Required 5+ (Senior) Agile preferred Required 5+ (Senior) Mongo DB, Oracle DB, SQL Required 5+ (Senior) GIT version control Required 1-2 Yrs (Junior) -- *Best Regards,* *Mahesh* mah...@technorocketsystems.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
