*We are looking to Fill a **Network Security Engineer **position I have with me in **RTP, NC* *Title:* Network Security Engineer *Location:* RTP, NC (Need only local) *Type:* Contract *Summary of Qualifications* · Troubleshoot escalated, extended, or recurring issues. · Provide proactive care and maintenance, change control and device tuning. · Create documentation. Recommend improvement to documentation. · Provide mentorship and training of other associates at the same level or below on processes and tools. · Provide customers and management with RCA and project feedback. · Ensure data quality for periodic data cleaning efforts. · Recommend process improvements and educational programs/trainings. · Regularly author troubleshooting guides, acceptance procedures, and upgrade procedures. · Provide technology solutions input and recommendations to address technology issues. · Technology solution input and recommendations. · Identify and quantify skills, process, and tools gaps.
