5+ years formal integration architecture design and implementation
experience
5+ years developing and implementing integration strategies and patterns
8+ years proven solution or integration architecture experience
10+ years overall IT experience
Must have 5+ years of experience in Middleware technologies & Integration
Platforms (EAI/SOA/ESB/BPM) with primary focus on design, architecture &
development for large scale & complex enterprise grade solutions.
Must have very sound & in-depth understanding of SOA/EAI/ESB/BPM concepts,
Event Driven Architecture, J2EE design patterns, frameworks and enterprise
integration patterns
Strong hands-on experience with open source BPM and integration platforms (
i.e. Mule ESB, Talend ESB, Apache ServiceMix, JBoss Fuse ESB, JBPM,
Activiti, Drools, etc. . .)
Strong hands-on experience with Apache CXF, Apache Camel, Spring
Integration and other java frameworks
Must have strong experience with Messaging (JMS, MQ etc) and Message
Oriented Middleware
Must have strong experience with XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD, JAXDB, SOAP, WSDL,
AXIS2, HTTP, REST, and API development
Ability to design and build federation platform facilitating SSO,
Authentication, authorization across multiple applications. Knowledge in
Open SSO, oAuth, SAML, WS-Federation preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills written as well as verbal; must be
able to articulate the value proposition of solution/services to senior
teams from client/prospect
Must be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements
and solutions by planning, developing and refining to-be architecture
Must have ability to estimate development effort.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
Prefer some experience in design and development of event processing based
applications
