*Title: Cloud Solutions Engineer/Database Administration* *Location: VA / Remote* *Duration: 6 Months* The main role of a Cloud Solutions Engineer/Database Administrator is to provide technical expertise to perform ERP/Database/Middleware activities in addition to troubleshooting and resolving highly complex technical problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - high level of technical skills, technology stack knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise. *Essential Responsibilities and Duties* Job duties are varied. Some of those job duties are described below: • Install, configure, upgrade, patch and maintain technology stacks* • Apply Security Best Practices to technology stacks* • Debug issues related to technology stacks* • Coordinate physical and logical changes to enterprise databases, enterprise middleware components, and other technology stacks* • Proactively monitor and optimize system performance using tuning methodology for ERP and technology stack • Operate independently and as part of a team including remote team members • Other duties may be assigned as needed *Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:* • B.S (Computer Science/Engineering) or equivalent preferred.
