Design and develop database infrastructure and front end UI * Maintain and support existing web-based applications. * Help maintain Web and database servers running on Linux platform. Work with hosting provider and IT group to troubleshoot and resolve all issues. * Participate in project meetings with clients and work with other developers as well as project managers/business analysts to gather requirements. *Skills* Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of web development using MySQL and PHP; strong coding skills in PHP and MySQL * Minimum 3 years experience with Apache web servers in production environment on Linux platforms. * Minimum 2 years experience with Zen framework * Minimum 2 years experience with XML, XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, CSS * Experience with version control systems (CVS/Subversion) * Any knowledge or experience in Java is a plus. * Bachelor's or MS Degree in Computer Science and 4+ years experience * Experience in an Agile development environment * Understanding and applying SDLC principles * Must be independent, motivated, and self-driven.
