The *CRM Architect* will be responsible for defining the technical architecture and roadmap for Mattel’s CRM applications globally across various business units, brands, and channels with a Service Oriented Architecture. This person will be regularly engaged with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure the architecture and technology used are designed and delivered to Mattel’s IT standards of high performance, security, scalability, sustainability, and cost effectiveness. Will provide oversight and guidance on day-to-day technical activities and processes Must stay current on latest cutting-edge technology frameworks and lead R&D efforts and analysis. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience architecting enterprise applications(.NET, MS SQL, Oracle, Salesforce Marketing cloud etc.) 3+ years of experience in design and development of RESTful web services Preferred technical skills and experience: • Experience in Architecting and designing the .net web based CMS applications • Experience with service-oriented, multi-tier Architecture, and implementation of scalable, high-performing .NET web applications • Proven experience with Visual Studio, .NET 3.5/4.0/4.5 Framework, VB.NET, .Net, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web API, WCF, JQuery, MVC framework. • Experience in Database design and SSIS related works • Ability to Review and analyze business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates. • Responsible for defining technical evaluation criteria for project and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design. • Reviewing the technical deliverables Other requirements: • Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment. • Highly creative and collaborative architect who prides themselves on producing excellent work that is designed to meet business objectives. • Exceptionally self-motivated, fast-learner, and willingness to learn from mistakes and move forward. • Ability to work in a multi-project, fast-paced, and highly demanding environment. • Superior analytical, objective-based, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred.
