We have this position for you, and I am looking forward to hear from you with your updated profile along with your comfort and availability about the requirement below. *Title: Business analyst* Term: 6+ Months Location: 2-3 days in Jersey City , NJ and 1-2 days in Redbank, NJ Overview: My client needs someone with excellent communication skills(US Citizen, Green Card or EAD GC) to help them implement Agile into their environment. This person needs to be familiar with SDLC. *The job:* · Requirements: . Process redesign/development experience - specifically agile project intake and development processes . Experience identifying/defining resources, templates, rituals, etc necessary to support agile processes . Experience helping others to adopt new processes/procedures . Ability to document process flows/diagrams . *Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, on Web-based projects* . Minimum 7 years in the industry . Strong *Agile background* . Strong communication skills (written and verbal) . Strong background in Business requirements/agile story writing . Considerable understanding of basic SDLC and waterfall . Be able to facilitate a meeting of 10 or more people . Excellent requirements gathering, analysis and solution skills · *Desired Skills:* . Must be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills . Be able to handle multiple assignments . Must be able to lead teams and effectively interact with all levels of management . Design knowledge a plus . Proven track record in meeting deadlines . Proficiency in *Excel, Visio and PowerPoint* . Experience with change control analysis . Good understanding of project management methodologies . Ability to work in teams . Analyst certification is a plus but not required · *Responsibilities * . A business analyst works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. . The business analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. . Responsible for the analysis and research of specific business functions with the ability to create effective solutions. . Day to Day ownership of requirements delivery based on business needs and project timelines. . Will prepare status and management reporting as required.
