Hi, Currently, I am recruiting candidates for one of my requirement as mentioned below. *Job Title* Senior Process Improvement Analyst *Project Location* Chicago IL *Duration* 6 months /Contract * Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI : Telephonic followed by Skype * * Six Sigma certification or higher is Must* * Description:* The Senior Process Improvement Analyst will be responsible for partnering with IT/IS business functions to design and document user-based assessment processes and workflows for onboarding into Bank of Montreal’s RSA Archer application. *ABOUT:* As a Senior Process Improvement Analyst, you will have in depth Information Security/Technology experience and be passionate about uncovering and presenting ideal process-driven solutions to user-based IT/IS assessment processes. You will apply both lean and six sigma principals and will be very hands on interfacing directly with the process owners of various IT/IS business functions. You have demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and training skills, and have a high degree of comfort engaging with all levels (Staff and Executives) within the organization. *ACCOUNTABILITIES:* • Conduct studies of operations, workflow processes and develop the most efficient or productive way for processes to operate within the Archer application • Gathers business requirements and translates into technical requirements in MS Excel and MS Visio for the creation of Archer application enhancements • Proven experience identifying failures and/or inefficiency in processes, conflicting business practices and integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions • Create or assist with the creation and execution of test scripts to ensure that production issues are minimal after implementation of new enhancements, changes or upgrades • Facilitate documentation meetings with process owners and review them with the Archer development team • Engage with the process owner’s business areas to assess and document the impact of process or procedural change *CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:* This role requires the incumbent to interact with the following processes and/or groups in BMO FG: • Archer development team • Process owners in various lines of business and operational areas • Director of Information & Technology Risk *REQUIREMENTS:* • Legally eligible to work in the United States • Expert level experience in MS Excel and Visio (or other visual process documentation tool) • Expert level process analysis skills (e.g. process mapping ) • Ability to organize and deliver presentations in front of groups • Ability to debate and effectively challenge issues affecting process owners • Ability to take on complete (end-to-end) ownership of complex projects with minimal direction *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* *• Six Sigma green belt certification or higher* *• Bachelor Degree* *• Knowledge of Information Security/Technology industry* *• Experience documenting user-based assessment processes for an application/system* Thanks & Regards, *NEHA* Technical Resource Specialist *RG Talent Inc.* 39120 Argonaut way Suite # 157, Fremont CA 94538 Phone : 510-443-0757 EXT- 192 Email : n...@rgtalent.com URL : www.rgtalent.com In my absence please contact Manish at following address man...@rgtalent.com.
