Role : Senior Java Developer/Architect Duration : 4 (Months) Location : Austin TX 78701 *** GC / EAD-GC / USC Only *** Job Description : Position Functions or Responsibilities: • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation • Assist in the migration of applications across domains including, but not limited to, performing updates to authentication and other domain-specific functionality • Perform in-depth technical research and assessments of existing applications to identify technical components and features needing alignment with project requirements • Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues • Produce architectural and other technical documentation • To develop, deploy and maintain the Geospatial Roadway Inventory Database (GRID) system.
