Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: Understand requirements, create program specifications and unit test plans; develop codes; implement testing, transition and support activities; interface with internal team and key stakeholders; participate in knowledge management activities to ensure high quality deliverables WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. • * Java/VXML, Avaya, IVR * • Understand Current IVR logic and implement the same using java/VXML integrated with Avaya. • Strong in Java Development and have knowledge in Avaya Orchestration Designer. • Strong in IVR development with Avaya OD & Avaya AEP with hands on experience & expertise. • Experience in Tech design and documentation.
