Role: SFDC Admin

Location: Jersey City – NJ



*Job Responsibilities *

• Salesforce.com application technical and end-user administration and
support.

• Supporting a Force Sales Cloud solution used in 60 countries.

• Resource must be SFDC admin and developer certified, able to troubleshoot
standard, configured and custom build application modules of SFDC Sales
Cloud.

• Will be responsible for monitoring, resolving and responding to end-user
support tickets (cases) and administrative requests setting up and
configuring new users and territory structure changes.

• Must have demonstrated experience developing/supporting highly configured
SFDC Sales Cloud solutions.

• Must have demonstrated independent troubleshooting skills.





*Minimum Qualification: *

1. SFDC configuration and Administration.

2. APEX and Visual Force experience required (3 - 4 years)

3. Veeva CRM & Vault – Configuration & Process flow

4. Data integrations experience using Informatica highly desired

5. Single Sign On, Delegated Authentication and SAML experience Desired



*Nice to have skills: *

• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

• Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast pace
environment

• Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) Certification
