- *Core skills* - 7+ years of software Quality Assurance experience,
contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools with
a focus on web based applications
- *Scripting, Automation and Technical *
- 2+ years of* Selenium* and *Protractor* experience
- Java
- Jenkins and Continuous Integration
- *Project Management of Test Planning & Coordination*
- Experience with coordinating regression test with other teams and
integration partners
- Develop test plans, specifications and write cases
- *System Knowledge & Analysis*
- Must be able to write SQL CRUD queries
- Experience with testing and analyzing, JSON,,REST and XML
- Ability to analyze code and scripts
- *Agile Development Methodology*
- Experience working within Scrum teams
- Scrum Master experience a plus
- Knowledge of using agile tools like Rally/JIRA a plus
- BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Passionate about test automation and CI/CD processes
- Strong communication, decision-making, problem solving and
presentation skills
- Experience with principles of cloud based architecture
- Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL Databases preferably Oracle/Mongo DB
- Experience with version control tools like Git/Stash
- 2+ years experience in the HR and/or Benefits domain space is expected
