*Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) consultantLocation:
Germantown, MDDuration : 6+ Months*

*Must have*
Have 5-8 years of experience in  Industry standard Software Design and
Development  with at least 3 years in Identity and Access management domain
Prior experience in developing, documenting and supporting solutions with
NetIQ products on Red Hat Linux servers
Hands-on expertise in implementing both Identity and access integrations
for standard and custom applications. Must be proficient in developing
provisioning workflows, customizing eDirectory schema, in implementing
driver logic, performing data migrations, and in general troubleshooting
solutions
Hands-on expertise in implementing SSO solutions. Specifically, SAML based
federation solutions for applications deployed in the Salesforce cloud
environment
Prior experience in analyzing requirements, designing and coding enterprise
JAVA applications with  JBoss App Server and Apache Web Server.
Ability to harness performance and stress test tools to qualify IAM
solutions

*Good to have*
Exposure to Two Factor authentication implementation method. Specifically
RSA Server
Exposure to Service Oriented Architecture using JBoss ESB Server
Prior UI integration experience with mashup approaches
Exposure to Sun AM and LDAP
