Experience in RAID 0,1,5,6, 0+1 etc and managing disks, disk volumes
Clustering & Replication
SAN/NAS
Knowledge on SNMP tools such as solarwinds, Team quest
to monitor services.
Experience in VM ware
Experience in Webmin
L1 support and Networking issues
Should be able to implement, configure as per the defined IT strategies
Good documentation skills (ITIL Preferred)
Incident Management System
Escalating Issues to IT/IS manager
Flexible in working hours as Nuware is a ODC supporting different
geographies
