Minimum Requirements:



Degree/Diploma holder with 5-7 years of application design experience with
one or more of the following:

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Management

2. ETL Design

3. Data Definition

4. Design of User Interface/Reporting/Dashboards ·

Good understanding of the business processes within a Manufacturing
environment

· Ability to consult, guide and recommends industry best practices during
the design and requirement gathering process. ·

Experience acting as an internal change agent for business and IT best
practices ·

Professional experience in SAP Business Objects is required ·

IT projects experience, whether as a team member or project leader is a
plus. ·

Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles a strong plus.
·

Strong analytical ability, process oriented and ability to manage
complexity. · Strong written and verbal communications skills /
multi-lingual language skills preferred. ·

Strong personal initiative, drive, motivated to learn and strong
accountability · Willing to travel at least 20%.


Description:

Meet regularly with key business personnel to determine business needs and
to document requirements.

· Work with the technical team to design and develop technical solutions and
to then present solutions to the business to obtain agreement and consensus.
· Document detailed functional and technical specifications based on agreed
solutions. ·

Support development of the solution as part of the technical team · Develop
system test plans and perform system testing · Provide documentation and
user training on new functions delivered. · Work with management to identify
issues and risks that may have an effect on quality or delivery from a
technical, business and end-user perspective. ·

Plan, schedule and execute the software releases and work effort required to
meet the design specifications and time requirements. ·

Ensure completed work meets with all IT best practices and policies. ·
Perform administration, maintenance and configuration changes to existing
applications where appropriate. · Provide status reports and inputs for
executive presentations ·

Establish and Monitor service level agreements (internal and external) for
provision of BI application support, measure performance, and drive a
culture of continuous improvement through defect reduction.
