Please send resume to: rakes...@inspiron-inc.com *Position: Java Architect.* *Location: PA* *Duration: 6+months* * * *Responsibilities:* § Design and develop integration between Jive SBS and Alfresco platforms, management design patterns, applications for Alfresco, custom search webscripts for Alfresco, custom content models for Alfresco, custom plugins for Jive SBS, custom widgets for Jive SBS, integration platform API, web services to access data for presentation, data models for business metrics. § § Assist System Engineer in tuning the application server for optimum performance § Troubleshooting the applications § Working with vendor support organization to report and resolve bugs/issues § Work closely with production support and help desk staff to develop operating documentation § Provide knowledge transfer to development team § Coordinate with city project team § Other duties as assigned. *Ability:* § Architect and develop Java based applications § Work with a multi-disciplinary team § Acquire new application skills quickly § Work under tight deadlines and reliably deliver work of the highest standards on time § Communicate effectively both verbally and written documentation § Be creative problem solver § Use the open source community to resolve issues *Knowledge of:* § OS: RedHat Linux, Windows § App Server: Tomcat § Java Apache Libraries, Spring, Hibernate, § Java Web tools: JSP, Freemarker, § Web Services: SOAP, CSF § Workflow: JBPM § Database: Oracle SQL § Service oriented architecture § Agile Methodologies § Strong written and verbal communication skills § Source control and version management § Desirable: Knowledge of Jive SBS, Alfresco ECM/WCM, Openfire *Education And Experience:* § BS Computer Science or equivalent § 7-9 years experience in architecting, design and developing Java applications § 4-5 years experience with open source technologies including Java, Tomcat Desirable: customized development of Jive SBS/Clearspace, Alfresco ECM, Lucene Search -- Many Thanks.
