This position is a Techno Functional role that needs to configure Customer Service Front Office Business Processes for an ECC 6.0 IS-U gas implementation. 4. Strong knowledge in IS-Utilities customer service module. 5. Strong experience in configuring and building technical solution for CRM & IVR with Genisys Integration for call center. 6. Excellent IS-Utility ABAP programming Skills. 7. Excellent IVR integration skills in IC-Web environment with programming knowledge using RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs and User Exits. 8. Fluent in English.
