skills* and recent* Automation Testing *and *SOAP/UI* Experience for viable
candidates.  To reiterate, here is what they are looking for:

The ideal candidate is first an analyst and then technologist, learn
quickly, work with efficient purpose and have a drive to *automate
everything* but willing to do things manually along the way.



*Skill-Set Required*

·         *3 years working as a software quality assurance analyst and
demonstrates thorough understanding of QA principles and analytical
competency*

·         *2 years testing web services and websites in an integrated
architecture model using Automated SoapUI and Selenium tools, or other
similar tools, and for use*

·         *3 years writing SQL while performing testing and a strong
understanding of database design*

·         Exceptional communication skills and proactive about it

·         Calm demeanor, collaborative attitude, but a drive to complete
work in a fast-paced environment

·         Learn quickly, be inquisitive and also eager to share

*Daily Activities*

·         Be an active scrum team member working with developers, other QA
and product owners that are here or with our technology partners

·         *Write test cases that clearly state an understanding of expected
behavior and proper coverage*

·         *Write test automation scripts to ensure efficiency and
continuous quality*

·         *Be a user and manually validate*

·         Carve time to document and share what you know

·         *Participate in design discussions, ensuring that testing
principles are considered and that we design and create a positive customer
experience*

·         Support software releases and debugging production issues
