*Position: Sr. Software Developer (Java)

*Descripction:*
This position will be responsible for delivering high quality technical
solutions to support business needs. This involves interact with business
clients and other IT teams to understand and develop business requirements,
and to design, develop and implement both J2EE and .Net applications in an
environment of IBM Websphere Application server, Websphere Portal software
and Websphere Studio Application Developer, .Net, IIS and SQL databases. The
responsibilities include to work with Systems Architects to translate high
level specifications into use cases, object models, designs and
implementation code, and to support resolutions of production issues in a
timely manner.

*Qualifications:*

·         Minimum 4 years (and current) of hands-on experience in designing
and developing applications based on J2EE or .Net.  Websphere or Sharepoint
experience a plus.

·         Experience with object oriented programming skills,  design
patterns, UML and object-oriented analysis and design methodology.

·         Strong expertise with back-end RDBMS systems including writing
complex stored procedures.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong teamwork skills

·         Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
