DMAIC is required..* In need of on Sr PM to drive process improvement and standardization initiatives as part of a large scale systems implementation project. 10+ years of project management experience required. Experience leading large scale process improvement projects a must. Six sigma certification required. DMAIC is required.. -10+ years of Project Management experience in agile and scrum methodologies. MUST know and understand the full project life cycle and be able to create a project plan. -Prefers someone with Healthcare experience. Wants someone who has worked in a health plan setting so they would understand things like Premium Billing, Enrollment, etc. Would not want someone who only has “healthcare” experience like working in a hospital setting. -NEEDS to see longevity!!! If in the last 3-4 years, the candidate does not have projects that last longer than a year or 18months, then there is something wrong. Huge red flag. We need to get the reason why they left each position for the last several years.
