*Strong (7 years+) Business analyst with experience in an infrastructure
environment. They must have experience working with a migration of Office
365 (MS Migration project, experience with Active Directory, experience
using Quest Tool, scripting and Jira for workflow). Hospitality/Cruise
Line, change Management experience are a plus and reservation systems is a
home run.  Candidates in Florida are a huge plus but not required. They
must have excellent communication skills. Please only send me candidates

*BASIC PURPOSE: *Support global business units in the company with the
enhancement and development of the Norwegian, Oceania Cruises and Regent
Seven Seas Cruises IT Ops Projects.  Serve as a liaison between business
unit management and IT Ops technology colleagues identifying, assessing and
documenting business systems requirements. Actively work with the business
subunits in Information Technology and operations across the enterprise to
properly communicate systems changes and enhancements.

* POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES*: Identify client business unit's strengths and
weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement.   Analyze current processes to
create efficiencies throughout business areas. Prepare documentation,
gather and prepare enhancements to develop new system requirements. Prepare
gap analyses and make recommendations for the Projects requirements and
department.

Work with specific Infrastructure Teams and departmental system application
of various development teams in order to ensure accurate translation of
business requirements. Lead or participate in regular priority meetings to
analyze workflow, understand the business flow and make recommendations.
Identify and initiate action to implement new and efficient ways of
translating business transactions in the system.

Evaluate requests from business units to determine current and future
system capabilities and recommend changes to the system, taking into
consideration the global impact of those changes.
Facilitate meetings to gather requirements with the business units using
various elicitation techniques including but not limited to: interviewing,
modeling and use case development and thoroughly communicate all
requirements with Information Technology development team.

Follow the change control process and ensure proper methodology and
implementation, including but not limited to: training, scripting,
communication and implementation.
Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and
recommendations related to proposed solution.
Lead testing efforts by ensuring that issues are identified, tracked,
reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

* EDUCATION: *Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business
administration, hotel management or related field of study or any
equivalent combination of experience and skills and/or 8 years of business
analyst experience.

*     EXPERIENCE: *Minimum 5 years of experience in business process design
or requirement, gathering and translating business requirements for
development, experience as Business Analyst with technical skills, and
Travel or hospitality reservation system experience preferred.

*       KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: *Working knowledge of or ability to learn
reservation systems and other applications used throughout the enterprise.
Working knowledge of applicable policies and procedures. Intermediate level
skill set of Microsoft Office Suites, Excel, Power Point, Project and
Including MS O365 with special emphasis on O365 Product suite set-up and
Working knowledge of relational databases a plus.

Excellent organizational skills in order to handle multiple tasks. Must be
able to work well under pressure while meeting strict deadlines and
maintaining high quality of work. Must be extremely accurate and detail
oriented in order to maintain high standards of accuracy when updating and
making changes to documentation.  Must be able to assist other team members
as priorities and deadlines change for the department.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to interact with
team members from different departments. Critical thinking skills
sufficient to identify, assess and recommend technical solutions.  Ability
to understand the components of running a successful project within the
project's lifecycle.

Ability to understand business issues and data challenges of business areas
and systems.  Ability to consistently deliver high-quality services to
their selected business areas.  Ability to prioritize and multi task
effectively based on business area needs. Ability to gather detailed
requirements and provide appropriate translation to application developers.

Ability to monitor production issues and ensure issues are resolved
appropriately. Must be able to provide options to business areas when
needed to achieve business goals. Must be available to work during off
hours, weekends and holidays, according to business demands.

Familiarize with myriad system issues and answer questions regarding
product set-up, such as Clarity, Unified Work Space, Jira, ITSM, and Change
management processes.
