*Job Title* *.NET Developers* *Project Location * *Appleton, WI* *Duration* *12+ months * *Skills Required and Job Description:* *Mode of Interview: Telephonic+ Skype* The Contract Developer position will help IT build innovative solutions to emerging Business information challenges. The Developer gains an understanding of the project by working with the entire team in order to build products that delight the Customer. This position is expected to be influential in the solution design and development and to raise new ideas and concerns when appropriate. The Developer is responsible for working to write software to meet all project requirements in a timely manner using reliable tools and technologies. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* *Software Development* 1. Work with and understand direction and design concepts from System Analysts. 2. Build technical designs that meet System Analyst direction. 3. Review technical designs with System Analyst for approval. 4. Write application code per development standards to meet requirements. 5. Help form development and deployment plans. 6. Guide project team through development life cycle. 7. Review Unit Test process and provide feedback and direction to improve test coverage. 8. Support application fixes through SIT, UAT, and Post Project Implementation. *Additional Duties* 1. Participate in design meetings and offer input to help shape design to meet Customer needs. 2. Participate in code reviews. 3. Work with the Systems Analyst and IT infrastructure team for technical framework needs. 4.
