·         10+ years of IT experience

·         Candidate must have hand on in any of the Open source
framework/Software

·         4+ years of exp in Spring, Hibernate

·         3+ years of exp with Unit Testing using libraries like JUnit,
TestNG

·         1+ years of exp with mocking libraries like Mockito, Powermock

·         2+ years of exp with Continuous Integration using tools like
Jenkins, Bamboo

·         2+ years of exp with Webservices

·         Experience with JBoss Drools

·         Experience with any BRMS(Business Rules Management System) like

1.       Give me an example where you were in a situation in which you had
to resolve design issue between 2 of your team members, where each had a
different perspective of the solution. How did you tackle the situation and
which approach did you go with and why?

2.       Given a buy vs build situation which approach would you prefer?

3.       I have a requirement where a certain piece of the logic tends to
change frequently, what tool/design pattern do you think is an ideal fit
for this sort of requirements?

4.       What are the typical tools, approaches that you like to follow to
ensure applications are developed with outmost quality.


5.       When designing applications which run on cloud what are the
typical things that needs to be taken into consideration.

6.       Does CQRS mean anything to you?

7.       Do you have a github account details that you can share, this will
help us get some insights into the nature of work you are interested in.

8.       Can you please share any recent frameworks, design patterns that
you learnt and felt was impressive and you should adopt more of it.

9.       What are typical steps you expect a developer to follow before
he/she commits the code to code version control system.

10.   What is the difference between ACID vs BASE transactions. Have you
ever used BASE if so provide details on why BASE was selected over ACID. If
you have not used then can you think about a situation where you would use
BASE and also provide any technologies/design patterns you would use during
the implementation.
