IV Process: Phone to Hire *SAP AP / Ariba Business Analyst* *8 – 9 + Months * *Minneapolis, MN * *Summary:* Apex Systems has an immediate need for an SAP Finance (AP) / Ariba Business Analyst to perform finance work related to a Global Procure to Pay transformational project: Includes Ariba Procure to Order, Ariba Procure to Pay, Ariba Procurement Content, Ariba Network. Besides interfaces to SAP, there will be interfaces to Lexmark and JDE. · This will be a mid-level Finance BA position, with a focus on SAP Accounts Payable, Indirect Procurement. · Candidates must have experience with Ariba implementations and there is a preference for experience with Lexmark invoice imaging. · This person must have deep SAP Accounts Payable knowledge and general SAP FICO experience. · They should have a thorough understanding of SAP Purchase Orders, finance aspects of PRTP, and an understanding of ERS and 3-way match. · Even better if person also has experience with JDE AP. · This person will play the role of a deployment business analyst on an existing team. · The pre-requisite for this candidate is having general accounting knowledge and having been through multiple SAP deployments from start to finish. · This person will need to be able to support data conversion, user acceptance testing, end user training, process documentation, cutover activities, and support the business until they reach stabilization. · This job requires a strong analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, drive results, and proactively identify and resolve problems that are generally defined, and obtain agreement on decisions across routine, varied, and difficult tasks in a tactical environment. · Candidates must demonstrate the following competencies: Enthusiasm, Change Management, Ability to navigate through ambiguity, Collaborates beyond team boundaries, Courage, Resilience, Ability to translate the “As Is” to the “To Be” while understanding broader impact, Empathy and Effective Communication skills with BU facing partners. Solution Implementation: · Supports the “go live” and “post go live” activities, including training, testing, troubleshooting, data validation, and issue resolution to problems of increasing complexity. · Contribute to the problem solving of solution gaps and implementation issues of increasing complexity and ambiguity using knowledge of existing processes and systems.
