The PeopleSoft Data Conversion Functional / Technical Business Analyst 
provides functional application expertise for the Talent Acquisition 
Management (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), and ePerformance PeopleSoft 
modules.  This position will provide leadership for reviewing business 
requirements for data conversion at each of the University’s locations and 
solution designs to ensure cross-functional teams fully understand the 
impact of decisions made during requirements gathering.  Duties include 
conversion requirements gathering, data mapping, business process analysis, 
system testing as well as translating business requirements into functional 
requirements and/or technical specifications.  The ideal candidate should 
be primarily a functional resource with a strong SQL background, 
comfortable with Application Designer, and TAM / CG / ePerformance 9.2 
experience.

Duties of this position include the following:

·         Must understand functional processes and business rules related 
to the modules being implemented/supported.

·         Participate in requirements analysis sessions and develop design 
specifications for each module they are responsible for, including 
facilitate the session.

·         Must have an understanding of the limitations and opportunities 
presented by the functional design of the modules supported.

·         Must be able to recommend process improvements based upon 
industry standard in addition to resolving integrated process issues, 
especially related to conversion.

·         Identify, resolve and escalate project issues (when necessary) in 
a reasonable period of time.

·         Develop clear and concise documentation that facilitates 
repeatable migration of the applications or processes.

·         Act as a liaison between functional and technical conversion 
teams.

·         Assist the University’s locations in converted data validation 
and issue resolution.

·         Perform application troubleshooting and problem solving related 
to conversion.

·         Must be able to handle multiple activities simultaneously, be 
able to prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines

*Requirements:*

·         Past Project Experience

o   7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Functional design experience

o   PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience with the TAM, CG, and ePerformance 
modules required, experience in the modules with previous versions a plus

o   Previous experience with at least 2 full-life cycle PeopleSoft 
implementations as a functional team member and/or team lead

o   Involved in PeopleSoft data conversion efforts

o   Experience in the health care or university setting is a plus.

o   Solid understanding of tables, configuration, and integration of all 
HCM modules

o   Strong SQL writing skills and proficient in Application Designer

Tripwire Analyst 

 

MISO is looking for a Tripwire Analyst for a contract opportunity through 
the end of 2017. This individual will be responsible for supporting the 
tripwire application, keeping it running, some console management for MISO 
in Carmel, IN. The ideal candidate will need to have strong System 
Administration (Windows & UNIX OS) along with working knowledge and 
exposure to ITSM tools such as Tripwire, Cherwell, ADDM and ITRACS. This 
position would first be responsible for maintaining our Tripwire 
environment (Application Support) and develop integration plans for our 
ITSM CMDB (Cherwell). Having experience with integration efforts and API 
development would be helpful but not required .Candidate must be 
comfortable working in a fast paced/demanding environment. Other tasks 
associated with gathering data, processing and analyzing that data, and 
reporting will be required. 

 

Skills: 

 

- Tripwire Experience (required) 

- Have strong System Administration (Windows & UNIX OS) working knowledge 
and exposure to ITSM tools such as Tripwire, Cherwell, ADDM and ITRACS. 

- Application Support Experience -Managing application, working the 
environment. Supporting the tripwire app, NOT an architect, not senior

Job Title:  *Solutions Architect*

 

Location:  Washington, DC

 

Duration:  12 months

 

 

The selected candidate will be involved in the architecture approach, 
architecture design, the tool/technology evaluation, and proof of concept, 
prototype and technical assessments, as well as work with application teams 
on the detail technical design. 

The position will require a good understanding of Healthcare Payer 
Administrative Systems and in-depth knowledge and experience with Java/JEE 
application, Web Services, PEGA, BPM and BRE. 


This individual will be initially working on Configurable Benefit and 
Product project within NextGen initiatives, may move to claim adjudication 
system modernization later on. The responsibilities for this individual is 
to play solution architect role to perform full life-cycle activities in 
support of multiple projects identified by chief architect which will 
include but not limited to: 

1. Lead business and solution architecture concept discussion supporting 
new health plan benefit administration and configuration. 
2. Work on the architecture approach, architecture design and prototypes 
for the project 
3. Work on the technology/tool evaluation, proof of concept and prototypes 
to support architecture decision 
4. Work with SMEs from applications area on the technical analysis to 
support architecture and technical design 
5. Work with project and development managers to define the scope and 
develop plan for the architecture and other technical deliverables related 
to the project 
Projected Level of Effort 

Required Skills: 
This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or equivalent 
experience, good health payer domain knowledge, and more than 10 years 
professional software development and application architecture experience, 
including 6 years architecture and development experience with PEGA PRPC 
and BPM . Specific requirements include, but not limited to: 
Must to have: 
X Good understanding and working experience with Healthcare Payer

X Proven strong technical architecture design background 
X Good business understanding of call center, inquiry and case management, 
and customer relationship management.
