Mid level position, 3-5 years Lawson experience, v 9.0 or higher, with HR
and Payroll module experience – a must!



*Responsibilities *include but are not limited to the following:

·         Develop, troubleshoot, and debug software applications problems.
Conduct performance analysis, and suggest potential solutions for complex
programs and systems leveraging strong analytical skills;

·         Interpret related business processes and documentation and
translate them into application designs and development specifications;

·         Provide effort estimates for tasks to completion then work to
meet those estimates; proactively escalate any issue estimation issues;

·         Participate in multiple aspects of the testing phase in
accordance with the SDM: Develop test scripts and or participate in the
acquisition of such. Take responsibility for unit testing developed code,
ensuring it passes all test scripts. Perform and direct performance of
system testing of the developed solutions. Provide support and leadership
to UAT cycle(s). Help lead issue prioritization and resolution in
partnership with both QA and Business teams;

·         Construct and maintain the necessary documentation and artifacts
in accordance with Carnival’s System Development Methodology (SDM) under
the guidance of a Project Manager or Supervisor;

·         Participate and provide leadership for production deployment of
developed solutions. Provide post deployment / stabilization support. Help
lead issue prioritization / resolution and assists in directing. Perform
Subject Matter Expert role.


Requirements:

·         Experience in software/application development (5-7 years);

·         Experience analytics and design (3-5 years);

·         Experience with Lawson HR/Payroll on Lawson System Foundation 9.0
or above;

·         Experience with WPF, .NET (VB, C#, ASP, ADO);

·         Experience with XAML, XSLT, XSD;

·         Experience with MVVM, MVC;

·         Experience with Entity Framework;

·         Experience using LINQ;

·         Experience with Web Forms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript;

·         Experience with WCF, SOAP, IIS, Web services, Web API’s;

·         Experience with JSON;

·         Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and/or MS T-SQL or Oracle APEX;

·         Experience with debugging tools, performance testing, resolving
memory leaks;

·         Experience in Team Foundation Server (TFS);

·         Experience in BSI Tax Factory, Cornerstone Talent Management
System, or similar HR/Payroll related Systems (preffered);

·         Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology.
